We’re looking for energetic, fun, outgoing fitness professionals to help us launch an innovative new group fitness program in our Plano TX facility. You’ll need leadership skills, coaching ability, and the willingness to connect with a variety of people in different situations.
You’ll be asked to inspire as well as teach your clients. Knowledge of the body and how it works is essential to your success as is your ability to model proper form and technique.
You should have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and be certified in CPR as well as hold a national certification like ACE, AFFA, ACSM, Cooper Institute, ISSA, NASM, etc.

Training Techniques Fitness is also looking for an outgoing candidate who will quickly acquire managerial responsibilities and training. In addition to helping our customers reach their health and fitness goals, you will contribute to our continued growth by leveraging client relationships to obtain referrals and create cross selling opportunities. As the first person a visitor sees when they come into our gym, you will generate new sales opportunities by greeting prospects at the front desk, bringing them on a tour of the facility, gaining an understanding of their needs, and proposing solutions based on our memberships, programs, and other services.
The Assistant Manager—Front Desk will be responsible for answering incoming calls, overseeing customer sign-in, and performing routine security procedures. Administrative skills are a must as you will be responsible for recording and filing necessary paperwork, while handling special administrative projects and overflow work as needed. For your efforts you will receive a generous base salary plus incentives and bonuses.
