More than just another group fitness class, LifeCamp is your personal eight week journey to creating the new you!

LifeCamp is a unique, new combination of group fitness, circuit training, weights, stretch, and cardio designed to improve all of your major muscle groups. The LifeCamp training regimen incorporates the basic movements of aerobics, cycling, weightlifting, and stretch all in one incredible fitness experience.

At LifeCamp you'll build strength, tone muscle, improve flexibility, increase energy, and expand the capacity of your heart and lungs in three one hour classes per week over a period of eight weeks. And as part of the complete LifeBalance curriculum here at J. Gear Fitness, your level of training can increase as your fitness levels improve.

 You'll work directly with a knowledgeable, experienced LifeCamp Coach who will teach you proper technique and help you get the most out of every part of the program from your training, to your nutrition and motivation. Participants of all ages, shapes, sizes, and fitness levels will find themselves comfortable yet challenged by this unique, new approach that will get you the results, and the body, you've always wanted!
